To keep enrollment simple and organized, all tuition payments are processed through this page. Please review the options below and select the payment method that works best for you.

Seats are confirmed in the order payments are received.

Tuition & Payments

To secure your seat in the Sleep Technology Essentials – 80-Hour Certificate Program, all accepted students must complete their tuition arrangement using the secure payment link below.

Submitting payment reserves your seat in the selected cohort. Program access and onboarding materials are released closer to the start date.

Clinical Hours Disclosure

​

Clinical hours are a separate requirement of the program and are not guaranteed by tuition payment.

​

  • Students are responsible for securing an approved clinical site unless otherwise arranged.

  • Clinical availability varies by state, facility, and local regulations.

  • Acceptance into the program does not guarantee placement at a clinical site.

  • Students completing clinical hours at an external facility must meet that site’s onboarding requirements, which may include CPR certification, immunizations, background checks, and additional documentation.

  • Students who choose to complete clinical hours at the NIHT-affiliated sleep lab in Columbus, GA must submit all required documentation at least one week prior to the start of clinical hours.

 

Clinical hours must be completed in accordance with program guidelines to be eligible for successful program completion.

By submitting tuition payment, the student acknowledges and agrees to the program structure, release timelines, and clinical hour requirements outlined on this page.

*How to Use Affirm at Checkout

To see the Affirm – Pay Over Time option, please follow these steps:

  1. On the program page, click More payment options
    (Do not click “Buy with Shop Pay”)

  2. You will be redirected to checkout. Enter your email and shipping address.
    (Your tuition includes a complimentary Sleep Tech Kit.)

  3. Scroll to the Payment section and select Affirm – Pay Over Time.

  4. Complete the Affirm verification process to see your payment plan options.

Note: Affirm will not appear on the product page itself. It only appears during checkout after clicking More payment options.

FAQ

Do I have to pay today?

No. You must first complete the application and receive an acceptance decision. Once accepted, payment is required to confirm your seat. Seats are limited and are not held without payment.

How does financing through Affirm work?

Affirm allows qualified students to divide tuition into monthly payments.

  • Apply instantly during checkout

  • No application fee with NIHT

  • Payment terms and approval are determined by Affirm

If approved, you will see your monthly payment options before completing checkout.

Is the $500 seat deposit refundable?

No. Seat deposits, when offered, are non-refundable and are applied toward total tuition.

Is there a pay-in-full discount?

A pay-in-full discount may be offered to eligible students.

  • This option is not processed through Affirm

  • Discounted payment links are issued individually after acceptance

Eligibility is confirmed by Admissions.

Where can I find the refund/withdrawal policy?

When does tuition need to be paid in full?

Tuition must be paid in full before you may complete final program requirements, including the final exam.

What payment options are available?

We offer the following options after acceptance:

  • Monthly financing through Affirm (for qualified students, available at checkout)

  • Pay in full via a secure payment link provided in your acceptance letter

  • In house Payment Plans (call us for more details.

Financing approval and terms are determined by Affirm.

What if I don’t qualify for Affirm financing?

If you are not approved for financing, you may still enroll using the pay-in-full option. Eligible students receive a secure payment link in their acceptance letter.

If you have questions about payment arrangements, contact Finance Department ext. 702 before attempting payment.

I paid but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or promotions folder. If you do not see a confirmation within a few minutes, email admissions@myniht.com and our team will assist you. Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response.
