By enrolling in any program offered by the National Institute for Health Technology (NIHT), you agree to the following terms:

1. Enrollment Agreement
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to all program policies, including the refund policy.

2. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in accordance with the selected payment plan. Failure to complete payments may result in restricted access to course materials, exams, and certification eligibility.

4. Access to Course Materials
Access to course materials is granted upon enrollment and is intended solely for the enrolled student. Materials may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced.

5. Program Modifications
NIHT reserves the right to modify course structure, schedules, instructors, and content as necessary to maintain program quality.

6. Clinical Requirements
Students are responsible for completing required clinical hours in accordance with program guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability
NIHT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation in the program.

8. Agreement


By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
